Surrounded by Van Gogh’s works, light, colour, movement, scent and evocative classical music, visitors immerse themselves in Vincent’s world at their own pace and experience it from an entirely new perspective.
Tickets and prices
Choose your visit date and time and secure your tickets in advance. We recommend booking ahead, especially for weekends and school holidays.
Tickets are booked for a specific time slot, and entry is permitted within 30 minutes of the time shown on your ticket. There is no time limit on your visit, so you can stay as long as you like.

We recommend allowing approximately 75–90 minutes. Visitors explore the exhibition at their own pace.
SENSORY4™ is a unique system that combines multichannel motion graphics, monumental projections, cinema-quality surround sound and scent to create a spectacular multisensory environment.
You can buy tickets online through Entrio by clicking the BUY TICKETS button. Tickets can also be purchased at the box office at the exhibition entrance.
We recommend buying your ticket in advance to secure entry on your preferred date and at your preferred time. The number of tickets for each time slot is limited.

Parking
The closest public car park is Velesajam – jug (south). Parking is available both outside and inside the Zagreb Fair grounds. Charges apply according to the current tariffs and signs at the car park.
The exhibition is held at Zagreb Fair, in Pavilion 10A, at Avenija Dubrovnik 15, Zagreb. The pavilion is on the southern side of the Zagreb Fair grounds.
Please arrive for the time slot on your ticket. Entry is permitted within 30 minutes of the start of your selected time slot, and there is no time limit on your visit.
Yes. The closest public car park is Velesajam – jug (south), along the southern side of the grounds. Additional spaces are available at Velesajam – istok (east) and Velesajam – zapad (west). Charges apply according to the current tariffs and signs at the car park.
Tram routes 6, 7 and 14 serve Zagreb Fair. Bus routes 109 and 234 stop closest to the south entrance, at the Velesajam stop. We recommend checking the current ZET timetable before travelling.
The exhibition space is accessible to visitors with reduced mobility.
A cloakroom is available at the exhibition for an additional charge of €1 per jacket.
Photography and filming for personal use are permitted. Flash, tripods and professional equipment are not permitted without prior approval from the organiser.
Food and drinks may not be brought into the exhibition space. A vending machine with drinks and snacks is available at the exhibition.
Finding Vincent is a virtual journey through Vincent’s life, art and the places that inspired him.
Finding Vincent VR is a 15-minute virtual experience.
Finding Vincent VR is not included in the admission ticket and costs extra.
Finding Vincent VR is intended for visitors aged 8 and over. Younger children may participate only when accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must hold their hand and supervise them directly throughout the experience.
Yes. Group bookings are available for schools, universities, associations, tour groups and other organised visits.

Yes. Weekday tickets for school and university groups cost €10 per person. For other organised groups of 15 or more people, tickets cost €14 per person on weekdays and €16 per person at weekends.
